On a breezy May afternoon, the newly constructed Sharon Public Library welcomed community members for the first time. The design of the building follows a feasibility study and extensive grant process for the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. The 29,000 SF library features an expansive first floor, including a large flexible meeting space for the community. The upper level features separate yet nicely connected spaces for children, teens, a maker space, media center, and quiet study rooms. Learn more about the project.
