The 10 Park Lane project consisted of renovating an existing commercial building for use by Brown University. A portion of the building was to house the Univeristy’s Graphics Services Department. Lerner|Ladds+ Bartels was hired to complete this interior renovation and roof replacement. The interior portion of the project consisted of creating office spaces, a large print room, and significant storage areas. The roof was plagued by leaking, due to wear and improper installation, especially along the parapet and required replacement. The exterior portion required that the flashings and portions of the roof decking be replaced, and sections of the EIFS system be repaired.
