Originally constructed on concrete piers over a rock ledge, accessible only through a 12 foot flight of stairs, this renovation project was steeped in challenges. The answer, provided by LLB Architects, was a cascading series of decks, which not only anchored the house to the ground, but provided the owners and their guests majestic ocean views.
