Lerner | Ladds + Bartels worked with the proprietors to design a new Chinese restaurant in an existing building on Thayer Street. The project included feasibility studies for several sites prior to the final completed design. Collaborating closely with the Project Owner, LLB developed distinguishing exterior signage and a fitting interior package with which to welcome customers. Work included renovation of the existing restaurant space, a new kitchen, rest rooms, dining area, bar, windows and signage, as well as coordination and compliance with the appropriate regulatory agencies.
